Used it both for clothesline and for keeping a separating sole attached to my hiking boot during a recent 7-day Olympic NP backpack. (Sole was fine at the start, malfunction occurred two days in, ugh.) Cord held up amazingly well underfoot on a very rocky trail, though had to be replaced periodically. So thankful to have it with me!
