Find Your Torso Length
- Tilt head forward, find C7 vertebra (prominent bone at neck base)
- Have helper place tape at C7, follow spine's natural curve
- Place hands on hips, find iliac crest (hip bone "shelf")
- Measure to imaginary line between your thumbs
Pro Tip: Between sizes? Size up for best comfort. Broader chest near 17"? Choose Large.
