I've replied twice and no communication returned. Is it really up to me to chase it down? I even paid that $3.00 upcharge for what?

Waking up from my campsite in the rain and heading out to hike 12 miles might have been a downer but I was excited to try my new hiking umbrella. It not only kept my head and shoulders dry but after the rain stopped and hot FL sun came out it kept me shaded and even cool -ish during the long segments in open prairie. I found several ways to secure the umbrella to my backpack so that i could use my trekking poles too! This umbrella is so light, I don’t even consider it a “luxury” item. It is an essential!
