Ordered umbrella and attachment March 3. Today is March 19. Order is not here but email for review two days ago looking forreview. Email states if order hasn't arrived, reply to that email. I've replied twice and no communication returned. Is it really up to me to chase it down? I even paid that $3.00 upcharge for what?
