All Scratch and Dent Items are sold as-is and are not eligible to be repaired by us and are void of any manufacturer warranty. They are also final sale. Scratch and dent items can vary in condition from used and dirty to new and unused and could have a small flaw, such as a clip missing for example. We will not be able to advise on repairs so we recommend only purchasing if you feel competent at sewing and problem-solving. We try to give a general description of the conditions of the items to help with decision-making on whether you should purchase or not. If you receive a scratch and dent item and find the item in a condition that is different from what we described in the notes, it does not make the pack eligible for a return or exchange since the packs are sold as-is and are FINAL SALE. NO PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE.
