Scratch and Dent

All Scratch and Dent Items are sold as-is and are not eligible to be repaired by us and are void of any manufacturing warranty. They are also final sale. Scratch and dent items can vary in condition from used and dirty to new and unused and could have a small flaw, such as a clip missing for example. We will not be able to advise on repairs so we recommend only purchasing if you feel competent at sewing and problem-solving. We try to give a general description of the conditions of the items to help with decision making on whether you should purchase or not, but these are generic for the products and do not include the specific condition of each shelter. If you receive a scratch and dent item and find the item in a condition that is different from what we described in the notes, it does not make the shelter eligible for a return or exchange since the shelters are sold as-is and are FINAL SALE.

ALL SCRATCH AND DENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. SCRATCH AND DENT ITEMS ARE VOID OF MANUFACTURING WARRANTY.

    Good Bargain

I was sent a tent that looked like it was taken out of the package and sent back, so no usage but some pet hair and dust stuck to the fabric. It had a few pin holes in the canopy which I sealed over when I did the seams. I did not notice any other defects or damages. Everything held up and stayed dry after a 5 minute spray with the hose. If you’re willing to spend a few minutes on these imperfect pieces of gear, it’s a great way to save some cash. I paid $70 less than the brand new tent and with a few minutes of looking over it and an extra brush of silicone, I have a tent just as functional as the brand new ones.
