The Ultralight Vest Harness is the preferred vest harnesses for Flight Series packs but are compatible with all pack models. The Ultralight Vest Harnesses are offered in three models (Standard, Ultralight, Padded Ultralight) and two lengths (Small, Large/Regular).

Standard Harness

The burliest and most padded vest. This is a good option for heavier loads and larger volume packs.

Ultralight Vest

Intended to strip weigh, this vest ditches the thick padding for lightweight perforated foam. It has the same pocket configuration as the Standard but will be lighter and more breathable.

Padded Ultralight Vest

This vest bridges the gap between the standard and ultralight vest harness. Strategically placing perforated foam only where it is needed most. It features the same pocket layout as the other two vests but with slightly different hardware.

Extremely comfortable

Traded this vest into my pack. I have the newer vest with hard stays in the front that chaffed me badly. This vest does not have the stays and does not chafe. Wish the zip pocket was big enough for my phone and that the upper pouch pockets were lower for improved access. Overall more comfortable than traditional backpack straps. Can't wait to see how the vest is redesigned for improved function over time.
