Returns & Refunds

We are confident you will will pleased with your Six Moon Designs equipment. However, if for some reason your purchase from Six Moon Designs does not meet your needs, you may return any unused items within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). To insure your satisfaction, please try on packs with your gear, or set up tents prior to taking them out for a full hike.

Refunds are only made on items purchased directly from Six Moon Designs, and on items fit for resale. Products purchased from retail establishments must be returned to place of purchase.

Cut goods such as Tyvek or other materials, are not returnable. However, if an item is found to be defective, we will replace or refund at our discretion.
